I sat down, just intending to connect, and this is what came.
Repeat this experience 7 times, each time bringing intention to the magnification of each chakra as you do so each time. You may picture something in your minds eye or you may simply feel the intent of awareness drip through your senses. I alternated between the light snaking through each chakra as kundalini would wind through with bindu, the essence of pure loving light, and also with just simply feeling the light illuminate and drip through each chakra center. Spend as much or as little time in each chakra. The only thing you have to do here is follow your own intuition and inner guidance.
Allow your eyes to be closed. Imagine you have a golden chalice above your crown chakra, filled with golden liquid light.
Allowing yourself to be completely relaxed, visualize or feel the chalice pouring one drop of liquid light onto your crown. Allow this liquid light to descend in any way that feels true for you, letting the light to descend into your crown chakra, Sahasrara, your inner wisdom and the place of pure consciousness, bathing it in pure golden light.
As you are ready, allow the drop to thread down through Ajna, your third eye, your center of clairvoyance. Allow your eyes to be gentle behind their lids and allow the light to pour through your inner vision, your intuition, your inner knowing, the seat of your energetic sight.
Then, let the drop then fall into your throat chakra, Vishuddha, your center for internal and external communication. Let this liquid nectar bathe your fifth chakra in the golden truth of you and your unique expressions.
Allow the light to then seep into Anahata, your heart chakra. Your seat of communion, compassion and unconditional love. Allow this golden illumination and liquid love to pierce your through heart and heal anything that takes you out of equilibrium with the light.
Allow this brilliant golden liquid to fall once more, illuminating your third chakra, your solar plexus, bathing your solar center, your confidence, your ability to create, your ability to expand, igniting all of the potential possibilities that exist within you.
As the light dances through your solar center, Manipura, allow it to descend into your second chakra, your sacral chakra, Svadhishtasana, your center of creativity, pleasure, procreation and desire. Allow this light to spark your senses and shine on your sensual relationship with the world, allowing yourself to feel the pure light of desire here, knowing it is safe and sacred and beautiful to do so.
Finally, feel the liquid light ooze into your first chakra, Muladhara, root chakra. Feel your center of gravity bathed in this pure loving light, and allow your root to be soaked in this golden liquid love, knowing that you are secure, you are stable. When your first chakra has been saturated, allow the liquid light to gather at your base, and drip back into your well of shakti, the place of your primordial light and power, the resting place of your being, the place that forever holds your essence, the threshold of where kundalini rises within you, where you are nothing but pure loving light.
